Refund policy

We want you and your dog to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

• Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, free of pet hair or odor, and in the same condition that you received them. It must also be in the original packaging.

• Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

• Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
