How do I choose the right size?
Measure your dog nose to tail while they are stretched out, then add 15–20 cm. The five sizes run S (dogs up to 2 kg) through XXL (up to 45 kg). The full Size Guide lists exact dimensions and typical breeds for each size. Between two sizes? Go up.
What colours are available?
Twelve: Black, White, Stone Grey, Coffee, Green, Red, Dark Gray, Blue, Pink, Lilac, Light Grey and Beige. Every colour comes in all five sizes.
Is the cover really machine-washable?
Yes. The ribbed corduroy cover unzips completely and goes in the machine on a cold, gentle cycle. Tumble dry low or line dry. Underneath, a waterproof liner keeps the foam core dry and odour-free — wipe it with a damp cloth. Do not machine wash the foam itself.
Will the foam go flat like other beds?
That is what the orthopedic core is built against. Dense memory foam contours under load and springs back overnight, rather than compressing permanently the way loose fibre filling does.
Is this good for senior dogs or dogs with joint issues?
It is one of the main reasons owners choose it. The dense foam redistributes pressure instead of concentrating it on hips and elbows, and the low open front makes it easy to step into. That said, this is a comfort and support product, not a medical device — if your dog has a diagnosed condition, your veterinarian is the right guide.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are dispatched in 1–2 business days, then typically arrive 10–15 business days later — roughly two to three calendar weeks. Your bed ships free, direct from our overseas fulfilment warehouses, which is what keeps delivery free and the price where it is; the trade-off is a longer transit than a locally stocked bed. What happens if my order arrives late?
If your bed takes more than 15 business days from dispatch to reach you, email us your order number and we will send you a $10 CAD Visa or Mastercard e-gift card, your choice, within 5 business days. You keep the bed. A few exclusions apply — wrong addresses, refused deliveries and customs holds among them — and they are all listed on the Shipping Policy page.
What if my dog does not like it?
You get 30 nights to find out. If they are not sleeping better, or you are simply not happy, return it for a full refund of the product price. See Returns & Refunds.
