Getting it to your door
Every OrthoCanine bed is packed with care and shipped as fast as we can get it out the door. Here's exactly what to expect.
Where we ship
We currently ship across Canada and the United States. Outside these regions and still want a bed? Email us and we'll see what we can do.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). You'll get a confirmation email right away, and a second email with tracking as soon as your bed ships.
Delivery time & cost
- Free standard shipping on all orders over $79 CAD. Orders under $79 are charged a flat rate shown at checkout.
- Estimated delivery is 7–12 business days after your order ships.
Our on-time promise. If your order takes longer than 12 business days to arrive from the ship date, send us your order number and we'll mail you a $10 Visa gift card — on us. (Delays from incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, customs, or events outside our control aren't eligible.)
Tracking
Follow your bed to your door with the tracking link in your shipping email. If tracking hasn't moved in 3+ business days, reach out and we'll investigate.
Lost or damaged in transit
If your bed arrives damaged or never shows up, email us within 7 days of the expected delivery date (with a photo, for damage) and we'll replace it or refund you in full.
