The 30-Night Trial. Give your dog 30 nights to fall in love with their bed. If they're not sleeping better — or you're simply not happy — return it for a full refund of the product price. No restocking fees, no interrogation.
How to start a return
- Email johnypath1989@gmail.com with your order number and a quick note.
- We'll reply within 1 business day with return instructions.
- Ship the bed back (see below), and once it's on its way we'll process your refund.
Condition & timing
- Returns must be started within 30 nights of delivery.
- The bed should be clean and in resellable condition — the washable cover makes this easy.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return.
Return shipping
For trial returns, return shipping is arranged with our team. If the bed arrived damaged or defective, we cover 100% of return shipping and send a free replacement.
Exchanges
Wrong size or want a different finish? We're happy to swap it — just mention it when you email us and we'll sort out the difference.
Damaged or defective items
Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund, no return required in most cases.
Non-returnable
For hygiene reasons we can't accept beds that have been heavily soiled or damaged through misuse. Gift cards are non-refundable.
